I have a new excercise routine:

Every time I check my email, I do 10 sit-ups.
Every time I think about opening a beer, I do ten push-ups.
If I do 100 push-ups in one day, I drink a beer.*

So far, I'm at 20 sit-ups, and 10 push-ups. I'm about to do 10 more push-ups.

Either this will replace two bad habits with one good one, or just make an alcoholic computer geek with awesome upper-body strength. I would be okay with either one.

*These numbers will change once I'm in decent shape again.
